But, with the intensification of the Industrial Revolution, global warming promises to compress ecozones and pair some previously unlikely partners. The Northern Cardinal was never intended to become this northern – however, on a planet beset by our role in accelerating climate change, strange new norms appear – a Scary Scenario indeed.
